Men who consume the equivalent of 1.5 cupfuls of tomato and broccoli 3 to 5 days a week reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer by 30%. Peel the tomatoes and put them to one side.?Heat the water together with the cinnamon in a pot, and when the water begins to boil, add the tomatoes, stirring well. Stir constantly until the mixture acquires a caramel colour. When it begins to have a marmalade-like colour, remove the pot from the heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate for a short while before serving.
