Internationally acclaimed Spanish chefs recognise the excellence of the Kumato® tomato

Syngenta Seeds and the magazine Vinos y Restaurantes launch the Kumato® Creative Recipes Competition

Spanish Michelin star chefs have recognised the excellence of the unique and authentic Kumato® tomato by creating original recipes based on this truly innovative tomato.

The Kumato® recipes created by the internationally acclaimed Spanish chefs will be published in a book compiling a number of highly creative recipes that use the Kumato® tomato as the ingredient for inspiration.



Kumato® Creative Recipe Competition

Syngenta Seeds and the magazine Vinos y Restaurantes have launched an innovative recipe competition through the website devoted to Kumato® (www.kumato.com). An invitation is extended to professional chefs across Spain to prepare an original dish using the Kumato®. Only the most innovative and creative proposals will be considered by the jury for publication in the book, which will feature the recipes of the five top Spanish chefs taking part: Joaquín Felipe, Montse Estruch, Paco Roncero, Pere Massana and Ramon Freixa.
